The Multimedia Quality of Experience Research Lab (MUEXlab) is a research lab at the Department of Telecommunications, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb. The lab conducts multidisciplinary research in the areas of User Experience (UX) and Quality of Experience (QoE) modeling and management of advanced multimedia services, such as multiparty audiovisual communications, video streaming, virtual/augmented reality, and networked games.

We’re excited to share that members of MUEXlab participated in the Ericsson Nikola Tesla Tech Days — a fantastic event showcasing cutting-edge technology and innovation.
As part of the program, several elements of the DIGIPHY project were presented, including:
- a cross-reality chess demo (presented by our members Filip Matanović and Lea Brzica),
- a mobile robot teleoperation via a VR-based interface, and
- real-time visualization of Gaussian Splatting in VR using a standard webcam.
